Take a Step Back in Time – Visit Our Museum!

Come sit a spell in our Museum and learn about 150 years of the history of corn cob pipes and Missouri Meerschaum Company!

Our friendly museum guide will share the story of how corn cob pipes came to be manufactured 150 years ago in Washington, Missouri. And she will tell you how Missouri Meerschaum continued to grow – even during hard times. All the while you can relax in one of our comfortable rocking chairs and maybe even give Cob the Cat’s ears a friendly scratch!

You’ll also see history come alive right before your eyes in our collection of correspondence and documents from famous USA military and literary men who used and enjoyed our pipes. Enjoy a bowl of your favorite tobacco while examining these tidbits of history!
