• Defective products are covered under our guarantee for 15 days from the date of receipt.  We will replace any defective items at no charge.
• Products that have been misused, subjected to extreme abuse, or rendered unusable due to improper care are not concidered defective and will not be accepted for return.  These items will not be returned to you, and we will notify you by email.
• Items that show normal wear and tear from regular use are also not considered defective and are ineligible for return.

Tobacco Returns & Refunds

• If you receive the wrong tobacco product, please contact us immediately.
• Returns are only accepted for unopened containers, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. 

Freight Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse the unopened package, mark it as “damaged” on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately.  We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

International Returns – “Refused” or “Unclaimed” Orders

• If you refuse to pay local duties or taxes and the carrier bills Missouri Meerschaum Company for the charges, the amount will be deducted from your refund along with any return shipping fees once the order is received back.
• No refunds will be issued for items seized by customs or abandoned. 
• Products returned as “Refused” or “Unclaimed” that arrive damaged will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for international orders returned as “Refused” or “Unclaimed.”  The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

General Return Policy

We reserve the right to decline refunds for damaged or unsellable merchandise if the package is refused or rejected by customs. A restocking fee may apply to international returns deemed outside the normal course of business.
