Behold, a grand Lord has arrived! I was super excited when I heard about this limited edition collaboration between Missouri Meerschaum and Sutliff Tobacco Company at the 2021 Richmond Pipe Show. An English Aromatic with 65% Perique and aged in bourbon barrels for 9 months?!? On top of this I heard that it’s not a Latakia bomb, but the amount of barrel aging created a smooth and slightly sweet blend. I’m intrigued…
It arrived yesterday and I took a tin it to my pipe club. It was the star of the night! Everybody who tried it, absolutely loved it. English smokers and aromatic smokers raved about it. Our bourbon drinkers LOVED it. I brought one tin and by the end of the night it was completely gone.
