  • Salem Woodsman

    $37.99
Missouri Meerschaum's annual collaboration with American pipe tobacco company Cornell & Diehl, the Salem Woodsman offers an elevated rendition of the classic corn cob pipe and pays homage to C&D's Carolinian roots. Situated in western North Carolina, in the Appalachian foothills, Salem is neighbor to Morganton, the original location of Cornell & Diehl. As a pipe shape, the Salem Woodsman is a Churchwarden-like interpretation of the iconic corn cob, pairing a tall, rounded corn cob bowl to an elongated hardwood shank and abbreviated saddle stem. Said shank has been darkened to evoke the look of bamboo, and like all of the Missouri Meerschaum and Cornell & Diehl collaborative shapes, it features a high-quality acrylic stem, here paired to a flashy nickel accent.

Due to the nature of the corn cobs themselves, you may notice some chipping on the top edge of your pipe. This is perfectly normal and won’t in any way affect the way your pipe smokes. The chips only add to the charm and character of your corn cob pipe. Enjoy!
