Bringing back one of our designs from the past, our popular Diplomat is now available in 2 bowl shapes – the familiar, oval-shaped Apple and the tall, cylindrical Fifth Avenue. The bowl of the Fifth Avenue shape is tall at approximately 2 inches and holds plenty of tobacco. Both shapes have a genuine hardwood insert bottom, and both are filtered. Both shapes are available in either straight or bent. The Diplomat is also available in a gift set that contains one of each bowl shape.

I started pipe-smoking about a year ago and have quickly grown a collection of 19 regular smokers: meerschaum-lined, metals, churchwardens, classics, you get the idea...I WISH I had started with one of these cobs. My new bent apple Diplomat is now my most frequently used pipe. If you've never tried a cob, you need too, soon. This is a truly impressive pipe and great for test-driving new tobaccos.
